1. Booking Confirmation
A reservation at Gabriel Guesthouse is considered confirmed once the booking has been completed and payment has been successfully processed through our website.
Guests will receive a confirmation email with the details of their reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the payment may be partially or fully non-refundable.
3. No-Show
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not informed us in advance, the reservation will be treated as a no-show and the full amount of the booking may be charged.
4. Early Departure
If a guest decides to leave earlier than the scheduled departure date, refunds for unused nights are generally not provided.
5. Changes to Reservation
If you need to modify your reservation dates, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (such as travel restrictions or serious emergencies), we may offer flexible solutions such as rescheduling the reservation to another available date.
